TYPES OF PRODUCTS
Presses, moulds and raw materials are only the ingredients we use. Our skill consists in knowing how to combine them in an optimal way to obtain perfect products. We use dozens of different technopolymers, and the knowledge of their individual technical characteristics and individual behaviours during the transformation process is another fundamental aspect of our activity.
GIELLE PLAST produces automotive parts, including 1k-2k engine compartments, 1k-2k front and back lights, chromium-plated insignia, aesthetic details of the dashboards, control unit boxes and alarm sirens.
GIELLE PLAST produces parts for the household appliances sector, for 1k-2k electric motors in self-extinguishing materials, magnetic details and co-moulded threaded parts, aesthetic details treated according to food-contact regulations, ultrasonic- and hot-blade-welded details, galvanised aesthetic materials (chrome-plating, velour finishing), technical parts constructed by means of a (external) two- or single-component foaming process , painted and dipped parts.
For the electronics sector GIELLE PLAST manufactures unique products with special loads materials (steel fibre, etc), double painted and laser-treated parts, aesthetic details for 2k video entry systems and many other products.
GIELLE PLAST produces die-cast aluminium parts (in-house produced mould, details produced elsewhere), details produced using dissipative materials (prototype study), ASA and PC details
XIVET is a GIELLE PLAST proprietary brand that identifies a line of products manufactured entirely in-house, from product design, to the construction of the necessary equipment, to the production of the individual pieces.
The products are used in the led lighting of streets, private areas and in devices for indoor lighting in the industrial sector. With regard to door electronics, GIELLE PLAST works with a local partner and consults with Philips. The latter signed an agreement with GIELLE PLAST that allows the company to access all the patents of the lighting sector. It is a licensing agreement called ENABLED.
